dates mentioned in the documentation. If you have a scheduled sale or

What if I have a sale or hearing date?
Include the notice and date in your submission. PRG will note the
deadline for priority handling during business hours. Time-sensitive
situations receive prompt attention.
What if I already have an attorney?
PRG can provide education and documentation organization to support your
legal representation. PRG will coordinate with your attorney upon your
written authorization. PRG does not bypass counsel or interfere with the
attorney-client relationship.
Do you work outside the listed states?
No. PRG serves only Michigan (MI), Wisconsin (WI), Ohio (OH), Georgia
(GA), North Carolina (NC), Florida (FL), and Texas (TX). Files outside
these states are not accepted.
What happens after I submit?
You will receive an acknowledgement within 24–48 business hours. PRG
will review the documentation submitted and provide timeline mapping and
education regarding coordination pathways.
